My name is Mark Browne: entrepreneur, internal affairs investigator, and commercial helicopter pilot. My journey into coaching was merely by accident as I realized I have been coaching for a long time, just not formally. I have 22 years' experience in investigations, 10 years as a commercial helicopter pilot, and 10 years in law enforcement.

 

Coaching didn’t enter my brain until I became a flight instructor in Denver, Colorado, where I stayed for 3 years.  The single greatest aspect of my job was helping students go from zero hours to seeing them get hired somewhere as a commercial pilot.

 

I find my greatest achievement so far in life is helping others success. Learning to fly helicopters, just like recovery, is not easy and takes time, patience and a good instructor, or coach, in this instance, but investing in yourself for your own greater good is always worth it in the end.
