Is this free?
Yes! All of our coaching and support services are offered at no cost.
How do people access services?
• Phone/Video: We’ll send a secure Zoom link or call them directly.
• In person (Des Moines area): Based on availability and individual needs.
• Chatbot (coming soon): Both English and Spanish-language support will be available through our website chatbot.
How do I get started?
Fill out the contact form (at the bottom of any page) and a team member will reach out within 24 – 48 hours.
Who do you serve?
We work with anyone facing addiction, trauma, or mental health struggles—as well as their loved ones. All ages, backgrounds, and identities are welcome.
What is a recovery coach?
A recovery coach is a trained peer who offers encouragement, accountability, and guidance. Our coaches use their own lived experience and trauma-informed practices to walk alongside individuals in recovery.
What languages do you support?
We currently offer services in English and Spanish. Spanish-language support is available via coaching and soon through our chatbot.
Do I need insurance or a diagnosis?
No. Our services are peer-based and do not require insurance, diagnosis, or a referral.
Is this therapy?
No. While our coaches are trained and experienced, they are not licensed therapists. We provide peer-based support but can help connect individuals with clinical care or treatment programs if needed.
How do I refer someone?
Simply share our website or have them call: 515-310-DIAL (3425). Referrals from individuals, professionals, or organizations are welcome.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. We respect your privacy and will only collect the information necessary to help connect you with the right support.
