With 27 years of experience as a therapist and life coach, I specialize in guiding individuals and couples toward more meaningful, passionate lives and careers. My academic journey began at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration (1978). I went on to complete a Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL (1997). Additionally, I am certified in Success Motivation Coaching, where I studied the psychological principles of motivation and practical applications (2001).
Since 1995, I have helped hundreds of clients from all walks of life, empowering them to take consistent, focused action to support their vision and achieve their goals. When you work with me, you’ll see results—quickly. We won’t dwell on why you’re where you are; instead, we’ll focus on compassionate, action-oriented steps to move forward. I provide proven tools and guidance, and with my encouragement, you’ll learn to apply these tools effectively to navigate life’s challenges. Let’s work together to bring your goals to life.
