ADDICTION NAVIGATION & COACHING FOR HOPE, OPPORTUNITY, & REENTRY

ANCHOr INFORMATION:

The ANCHOR Program is a trauma‑informed justice initiative that empowers justice‑involved and formerly incarcerated individuals to overcome substance use and mental health challenges, successfully reintegrate into their communities, and build purposeful, self‑sustaining lives. By delivering one‑on‑one recovery and reentry coaching, peer mentoring, resource navigation, and goal‑setting support, ANCHOR addresses critical gaps in post‑release services, reduces recidivism, and fosters long‑term stability for participants and their families.

What Is ANCHOR?

ANCHOR (Addiction Navigation & Coaching for Hope, Opportunity, and Reentry) is a justice‑informed program tailored to marginalized, justice‑involved individuals. Through personalized coaching, peer mentoring, and community partnerships, we help participants overcome substance use and mental health challenges, secure housing and employment, and nurture supportive relationships.

Our Hope:

To empower justice‑involved individuals with the tools, coaching, and support they need to reintegrate with dignity, sustain long‑term recovery, and thrive as members in their communities.

Why ANCHOR Works

  1. Trauma‑Informed Approach
We create safe, nonjudgmental spaces where participants feel heard, valued, and prepared to heal past wounds.

  2. Holistic Support
By addressing physical, emotional, social, and systemic barriers, we stabilize every aspect of a participant’s life, reducing the risk of relapse and recidivism.

  3. Community & Collaboration
Partnerships with local agencies, employers, and service providers mean faster access to resources and a stronger support network.

Data‑Driven Outcomes
We track housing stability, employment rates, recovery‑skill gains, and recidivism to continually refine and improve our impact.
